Job Description
Primary responsibility is to develop and debug Functional, Memory, and Scan test for FPGA product. Responsible for ensuring the content development / simulation, validation, characterization, and production test. Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of testability circuits. Analyzes and evaluates production data with specific emphasis on test coverage, yield, and test time improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience OR Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 3+ years of industry experience.
Understand Manufacturing flow with experience Pre-silicon validation of test content including test writing and simulating and Post-silicon testing debug using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Knowledge with Perl, Python scripting, C programming, Unix
