Qualifications and Experience Details
- B.Tech. Electronics
- Should lead and supervise R&D projects from conception to completion
- Should have project management skills with a track record of timely delivery and with-in budget
- Should be capable to identify opportunities for innovation and growth through research initiatives.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to balance technical expertise with leadership and team management.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Should be capable of evaluating emerging technologies and assess their potential for incorporation into the organization’s products & services
- Develop and manage R&D budget & resources for maximum efficiency
- To ensure R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards
