Responsibilities
- Responsible for Service Support, Annual Maintenance contracts, Repairs in regions.
- To work in shift basis at assigned Key account.
- Timely closure of calls, first time right, improved customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with respective stake holders internally to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in electrical/electronic engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in field of Machine tools
- Knowledge about commissioning & trouble shooting of Sinumerik controls, Systems, Drives, and motors is necessary.
- Willing for extensive travelling on short notice.
