Hikrobot has launched a line of machine vision photoelectric sensors in India designed to cater to diverse distance detection needs across various industries. These sensors emit visible and infrared light and measure the changes in light reflected or blocked by objects. This non-contact detection method prevents damage to both the objects and the sensors, enhancing longevity and eliminating maintenance needs. Additionally, photoelectric receivers maintain stability in environments with high-frequency electromagnetic interference and noise, ensuring reliable long-distance detection.

The Photoelectric Sensors include features that support a range of industrial uses. They are IP67 certified, providing resistance against sunlight, LED light sources, and electromagnetic environments. These sensors use pinpoint and laser technologies to detect materials and scenarios from long distances. They have a standard 25.4mm mounting hole pitch and M3 metal screw holes for installation. The sensors are suitable for applications like long-range detection, distance measurement, and the detection of reflective or transparent objects, as well as speed gate monitoring.
