We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise on our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new clients, and build rapport through technical information and explanations. Prepare and present quotations.
- Business Development: Contribute to business growth by identifying and promoting embedded products, IoT, Test & Monitoring solutions, Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Data Monitoring, Automation, and customized automated test setups, to Govt. and Private Industries.
- Account Management: Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and visit, verifying and entering information, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment. Address stock-outs and communicate expected delivery dates.
- Customer Relationship Management: Review customer buying history, suggest related and new products, and explain technical features to enhance customer experience.
- Travel Planning: Develop and implement sales travel plans to meet monthly sales targets.
- Event Promotion: Represent and promote the company at various industry events.
- Key Account Management: Manage and nurture key accounts to foster long-term business relationships.
- Quality Improvement: Follow company standards and recommend policy and procedure enhancements to improve quality outcomes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new product descriptions and participate in relevant educational opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Instrumentation, Electrical, and Electronics engineering. Must have handled Techno-Commercials role in the past profile
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of English and Hindi.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to take on challenges. No resistance of accessing CRM and reporting on daily basis
- Growth Mindset: Ambitious individuals who are eager to grow into Sales Manager and VP Sales roles in the future.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be open to frequent travel as part of the job responsibilities.
- Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/B Tech in Electricals, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.
