Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales of electronic sensor products, vision products, or other industrial sales. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the sensor, and vision product sectors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, traders, and end users. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel within the region and occasionally to other locations as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including sensors, vision products, to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales of electronic sensors, vision products, Electronics products, or related industrial sales. Experience with system integrator, traders, and end users is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel as required for the role.
  • Experience Required: 2-4 years, with a preference for candidates with experience in the sales of sensors, vision products, or related industrial sale.
