About the job
This is a full-time position of electronic engineer at the Centre for Artificial Intelligence Research (CAIR), Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, with a lot of ongoing and soon-to-start projects in the field of IoT, Sensors, Embedded Systems, Smart & Intelligence Devices, and Artificial Intelligence. This role focuses on the development of prototypes and products in IoT for Healthcare/Agricultural/Environmental issues and accordingly defines the test strategy and methodology. Candidates may be required to participate actively in design and code reviews and collaborate with the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence teams to ensure end-to-end system functionality. They may also work with product management to understand use cases and end-to-end scenarios.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for an Electronic Engineer at Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya in Haridwar. The Electronic Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to electronic engineering, circuit design, electronics, electrical engineering, and testing on a day-to-day basis.
- Working on Arduino/Raspberry-pi/Teensy/STM32, ESP8266/ESP32, ADC/DAC, and various sensors, as required for the prototype development.
- Brainstorming with the team to manage, optimize and customise the prototype applications creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Connecting various sensors and sensing their output to cloud platforms and Edge such as ThingSpeak, Blynk, andGrafana enables the storage and analysis of sensor data in a centralized and accessible manner
Qualifications
- Electronic Engineering and Circuit Design skills
- Experience in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
- Testing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor, and Master – Electronics/ Computer/Embedded/VLSI
- Arduino, ADC/DAC, Sensors, C/C++ Programming, Electronic, Raspberry Pi, Teensy, MATLAB, Robotics, Internet of Things, Keil & Proteus with Prior hands-on experience with Arduino/Raspberry-pi is a plus.

Salary
Rs. 20,000/ to 30,000/- depending on the candidate, per month for 12 months
