Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a DFT Engineer at Incise Infotech Private Limited. As a DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies for semiconductor products to ensure high-quality and efficient testing processes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Hands-on experience with DFT tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in ATPG, JTAG, BIST, and scan insertion
- Proficient in EDA tools such as Synopsys DFT Compiler, Mentor Tessent, or Cadence Modus.
