The ‘1820B’ series universal frequency counters, designed for precision and adaptability, promise to transform applications ranging from telecommunications to oscillator validation.
The compact series supports a wide frequency range and offers up to 10 digits of resolution for precise measurements. This versatile instrument employs reciprocal counting, ensuring high accuracy across a range of metrics, including frequency, period, pulse width, and event counting. With models covering 1mHz to 3GHz (1823B) and up to 6GHz (1826B), the device delivers 8 significant digits in just one second, improving to 10 digits with extended measurement time.
