The CoE will be a global delivery center for digital process transformation with a focus on emerging technologies in cognitive business process management areas such as AI, Machine learning, NLP and other disruptive technologies like Blockchain and IoT.

The practice focuses on technology platforms like Pega and Appian. They are a low platform makes it easy to build enterprise-grade apps, speed time-to-market, maximises agility and helps in innovating faster.

The CoE is spread across 8500 square feet in Rupena Agrahara, one of the prime IT corridors in Bengaluru. The center will serve as a hub for innovative thinking with state of the art IT infrastructure, IOT labs, digitally enabled training rooms, and delivery centers with a prime focus on the execution of digital process transformation projects.
It will increase the efficiency in the services of clients in travel and transportation, banking and financial services, insurance, manufacturing and media verticals. Infrastructure Management and Business Process Management will also be benefitted from this. The center is focused on Digital Services and the company is helping businesses design agile, scalable and digital operating models.
