- Process development, optimization and control for new products.
- PFMEA Development and Implementation.
- Yield improvement and Monitoring for New products.
- Process map, Jigs and stencil validation for NPI products.
- ECP raise, ECN implementation, monitoring and control.
- Manage to CTQ and develop the process and controlling.
- Scrap reduction and develop the Process to control the scrap.
- Handle to customer Audits, requirements, NPI and process implementation.
- Responsible for line process performance, Product Quality and productivity.
- Process Optimization, bottleneck identification and WIP, Inventory control for production line.
- RCA, CAPA and 8D reports to control and improve the process.
- Prepare the process checklist and standard working methods/Stage instruction.
- Control and manage the all process activities for multiple SMT lines and Products.
