The Power Electronics Sales Manager, High Power, reporting to the Director of Sales High Power Europe, India and South East Asia, will be responsible for Gate Driver business for IGBT and SiC module in India and South East Asia. The main role will be to grow the revenue on existing accounts and grow the numbers of customers.
Power Integrations, Inc., is a Silicon Valley based supplier of high-performance electronic components used in high-voltage power-conversion systems. Our drivers for IGBT and SiC Module enhance the efficiency, reliability and cost of high-power applications such as railway, industrial motor drives, solar and wind energy systems, electric vehicles and high-voltage DC transmission.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue on existing accounts
- Increase number of active customers
- Define and implement strategies for fast growth
- Regularly meet with customers to understand needs and drive actions
- Cooperate with Technical Engineering team based in India to support customers on design activities
- Define SAM/SoM by major market segments and key focus accounts
- Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach understanding competition
- Leverage distribution channels to maximize number of design opportunities and design wins
- Write and present presentations to customers and Power Integrations Management
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the territory and key accounts
- This is a customer-facing role, regular travel is a requirement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, Engineering or Business
- 5+ years in a similar role in Sales of technical products
- Interpersonal skills and keen commercial awareness
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Possesses a valid driving licence
