- B. Tech Electronics with minimum 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing service (EMS business).
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings, events and training sessions.
