- Become a member of the Keysight Technical & Application Support organization and engage with Keysight customers working on the forefront of technology:
- Provide technical and application expertise to Keysight customers on electronic test and measurement instruments
- Publish knowledge articles on the Keysight Support web site that enable customers to locate answers to their test and measurement challenges when they need them
- Stay current on product assignments as new products are made available to Keysight customers
- Follow established processes for tracking and documenting customer interactions
- Work with the Keysight sales team to encourage customer purchase of new Keysight products
Job Qualifications
- BSEE or higher degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Typically, 4 or more years of experience with benchtop test and measurement equipment such as DMMs, function generators, power supplies, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, SMUs, and frequency counters
- Programming skills, preference for experience with Python
- Clear written and verbal English communications skills, with the ability to explain detailed technical information
- Ability to multi-task in serving multiple customers at a time
- Experience with sales and/or customer service. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and loyalty with customers
- Position requires assisting customers in the Americas region and will require working United States business hours (work the evening shift in India)
