Company: Cognitive Design Technology
- Technical presentation for Research Labs and commercial companies working in Solid state Devices
- Conduct TCAD Benchmarks based on customer requirement
- Conduct regular TCAD training for customers
- TCAD Technical support for customers through phone and meetings
- Work closely with partner technical team to ensure proper technical support for customers
Candidate Requirement
- Good knowledge in Solid state physics, Device physics, strong Process modelling and Device modelling knowledge is mandatory
- Good understanding about Device Physics
- Previous experience in project with synopsys or silvaco TCAD tool is mandatory
- Good knowledge in semiconductor design flow and methodology
- Good communication skills in english
- Willing to travel

Experience: Min 1 year tool experience in using TCAD tools and EDA Tools or Master’s project in using TCAD is mandatory

Qualification: Post Graduate in Engineering with M.E./M.Tech (Semiconductor Devices & VLSI Tech.) in solid state physics with good TCAD background.
