Boeing India Engineering seeks Associate Electronics System Design & Analysis Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka to support the Hardware Design Capabilities organization across multiple product lines and platforms like Satellites, space and aviation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Will support to develop and maintain all of the systems related artifacts such as requirements, trace and integration tests
- Systems Thinking – Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the organization, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.
- Specific involvement in multiple phases of the program life-cycle, including early system design and development
- Supports and provide solutions in trade studies and literature research to future product designs.
- Knows the latest on new technologies standard p processes
- Responsible to work with leads and member sin execution of hardware projects with clear understanding upon stakeholder givers and takers
- Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
- Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring suppliers’ performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
- Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Electronics
- Work experience in systems engineering- Electronics
- Must have experience working with multi-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners.
- Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and time-zones.
- Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work, and connect technology to business considerations (e.g., ROI). Candidate must be proficient in English, and familiar with MS Office tools.
- Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive demeanor, high ethics, and a track record of working efficiently in time constrained environment.
- Must be very proficient in spoken and written English, and have excellent communication style.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor’s in engineering degree or higher
- Working Knowledge in SAE ARP 4754 of Systems Engineering and ARP4761
- Working Knowledge in managing requirements using DOORs, and SVN
- Working Knowledge in SAFE Agile process, methodology & Tools
- Working with Systems Engineering life cycle activities associated with Avionics Systems Displays & FMS
Typical Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s in engineering degree or higher
- 2+ years experience’ with Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or experience or 1+ years years experience’ with Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any equivalent degree
