- Engineer qualifications – Diploma / BE, B-tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics engineering
- The candidate must be an expert in commissioning, and troubleshooting on Simocode, soft starter & other LV communication-capable products.
- Engineer must be willing to travel extensively for service sites.
- Must be an expert in commissioning of Simocode on various communication protocols.
- Must have elementary knowledge on network validation, Profibus and Modbus protocols and its routing.
- Must be having 3-4 years of experience of Service experience on EP products.
- Should be expert in ACB servicing & troubleshooting.
- To provide service support to customer at a short notice & ensure customer delight.
- Handling of service business portfolios (Service contract, retrofit, spare parts, repairs)
- Monitoring of Service KPIs.
- To provide lead generation to service sales team for business growth.
- To monitor and take actions on AMCs, open calls, escalated cases, service business targets.
- Compliance to EHS and statutory requirements during site execution.
