Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, installing, managing and maintaining IOT devices in different locations across South Maharashtra and North Karnataka. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and internal teams including support for sales, marketing.
● Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment and appliances.
● Should be comfortable using hand tools and power tools
● Should be able to perform actions in a consistent manner, following safety requirements. ● Carry out routine checks and maintenance.
● Manage Spare Parts
● Assist in electrical and mechanical improvements
● Qualified and experienced in working with electrical systems up to 440V
● Should be flexible to travel across the states and work in a farm environment for the
installation of devices, troubleshooting etc.
● Provide feedback from customers to development team
Required Skills
● Should have basic electronics/ electrical knowledge
● Knowledge in using tools like multimeter and other electronic devices
● Knowledge in using basic mechanical tools
● Basic computer knowledge ( MS Office, Arduino IDE)
● Spoken Languages: Should know local language – Marathi or Hindi (mandatory)
Basic English and kannada is an added advantage
