Job Description
Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Operators (Male/Female) to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a variety of assembly, wiring, and packing activities, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Component Handling: Issue, verify, form/process, mount, and assemble components as per specifications.
- PCB Assembly: Perform SMT and through-hole component mounting, soldering, and heat-sink assembly/mounting.
- Audio/Power Supply Units: Fabricate, check, and prepare audio/power supply units, including sub-assembly and final assembly. Responsible for boxing and packing in cartons.
- Wire Processing: Execute wire winding, cutting, processing, and set internal connections and routing.
- Soldering Tasks: Conduct tinning, soldering, touch-up work, and cleaning.
- Machine Operations: Assist in machine operations, cleaning, and general maintenance as needed.
- Packing Duties: Manage goods loading/unloading, carton screen printing, and internal material movement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other shop-floor tasks as required and instructed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electronic Mechanic.
- Previous experience in assembly, wiring, or electronics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of soldering techniques and electronic components.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
