Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class service support for GC, GC-Analyzers, and GCMS product lines.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instruments to ensure efficient performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and qualification services to prevent downtime.
- Strictly adhere to service protocols and documentation requirements.
- Successfully implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage service schedules and travel to customer sites across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
- Train and support customers to improve their operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE / Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining GC, GC-Analyzers, and GCMS instruments.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage a diverse customer base.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Determined to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with pharmaceutical, academic, or government clients.
- Familiarity with Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
- Certifications in relevant technical fields.
