• Engineering & Product Development of Medium Voltage  Drives
• Required min 3 years relevant experience in design & development 
• Design Power schemes, application-based engineering, system stimulations by programming & validation.
• Drive Programming , schematics, Bill of Materials, FAT
• PLM process, FMEA, Various IEC, EN and IS standards.
• Generating component specifications, Test strategies
• Project planning and execution
• Design calculation for selection of electric components.
• PLM Project management for new developments 
• Design low-cost components and Product costing.
• Design and test concept development.
• Continuous improvement 
• Decision making
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools and techniques like A3, 8D etc.
• Risk Assessment.

Desired skills:

• BE/BTech Electrical, Electronics 
• Software Skills: EPLAN, SAP, Teamcenter, Autocad
• Knowledge in Power Electronics, Electrical switchgear, Standards & Technologies:
• Conceptualized, designed, developed, validated and smooth introduction of Medium voltage drives as per customer specification.
• Knowledge in designing electrical / electronics systems and components for industry applications.
• Establish test specifications of electrical/ electronics, Technical requirements, requirement specifications, and specific standards.
