Lubi Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to promote and sell our range of inverters and related products across industries like renewable energy, manufacturing, and industrial automation. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients, conduct site visits, and manage customer relationships in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Prospect and generate new business, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
- Technical Support: Provide product guidance, conduct demonstrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, offer post-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (e.g., EEE, EE, EC, IC).
- Experience: 1 years in field sales, preferably in electrical, automation, or renewable energy sectors. (Freshers are also consider with excellent communication)
- Skills: Strong communication, technical knowledge of inverters, CRM proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
- Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned region (overnight stays may be required).
- Flexible work hours and possibility of remote work when not traveling.
