In this role, you will be responsible for travelling to Dealer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair any unsolved vehicle issue, and train the Dealer manpower for such cases in future. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Travel to Dealer sites daily
- Diagnose technical issues, identify the root cause, and implement solutions with the help of HO
- Provide training to Dealer staff on the use and maintenance of RAJHANSev
- Document all service visits, including actions taken, recommendations, and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a field service technician
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree preferred
- Minimum 2 yr. experience with the EV industry is a must.
