About The Job
We seek a target-driven and customer-centric graduate engineer to join our growing organization. As a graduate engineer trainee, you will assist our sales team in developing solutions according to our customer’s requirements. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-centric, technically strong, and an excellent communicator.

Objectives and Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for each sales call to capture customer requirements
- Coordinate with the service team for updates on technical development across our install base
- Perform technical comparisons to offer a competitive solution
- Prepare presentations and relevant documents for each sales call
- Participate in seminars and trade shows to assist our technical team.
- Travel extensively with sales leads up to 50% of the time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a sales-centric position.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field from reputed engineering institutions.
- Working knowledge of incoterms and its applications
- Understanding of cycle time analysis calculation for manufacturing machines and environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with computers and experience with MS Office products and other relevant softwares
Bonus Qualifications
- Import of capital equipment sales.
- Participation and awards in extra-curricular activities related to sales
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following domains: automation, machine design, computer vision, power electronics, electronic components, robotics
- Positive attitude and a desire to continually improve
Salary range: INR 3 – 4 Lakhs. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
