Good knowledge on Hardware of desktops, Servers. Basic knowledge on Operating Systems (Windows and Linux).
- Resolve System HW issues by co-ordination with IT team.
- Inventory bookkeeping of all systems (Asset and Asset store management) and verification at regular intervals.
- Coordinating with users for providing accessories for lab setups.
- Swapping of HWs from different systems.
- BIOS updates for systems.
- Basic troubleshooting of a PC.
- Coordination with IT team for SW and HW issues.
- Coordination with IT team for system formatting.
- Interact with Vendors for replacement, procurement of systems and issues.
- Coordination with vendors for calibration of lab equipment.
- Procuring IT materials for internal consumption.
- Maintaining a list (inventory) of customer supplied assets.
- Packaging of assets for shipments.
- Bond labelling for all customer supplied assets.
- Providing support for demos.
- Participation in audits.
Soft Skills
- Should possess good attitude to support and help team members.
- Should be available on all 5 days of the week in office.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Educational Qualification: BE or equivalent from any university of repute.
