Job Description
- Timely execution of Service work orders.
- Responsibilities Interaction with customer. Interaction with Internal Team.
- Planning the Execution work.
- Technical Support: working closely with Service partners in day to day activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide Technical Support for Customer Communication Skills: Shall have good communication skills and good coordination within the team.
- Lead Management: Shall have skill set to identify the Opportunities & convert in to Business Leads.
Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on experience in relevant to Switchgear, control gear especially for Higher KVA Good troubleshooting skill of Switchgear, controlgear products.
