About the work from home Job/Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Design and develop a prototype OBD-II scanner using components like ESP32 and ELM327
- Integrate hardware components such as CAN transceivers, voltage converters, and communication modules
- Write firmware to interact with vehicle OBD-II ports and retrieve diagnostic data
- Enable Bluetooth or Wi-Fi communication to transmit data from the device to a mobile application
- Collaborate with the software team to ensure seamless app integration
- Test the prototype on various vehicle models and refine the design for compatibility and reliability

Other Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in electronics engineering, embedded systems, computer engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, STM32) and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI)
- Familiarity with OBD-II protocols and standards (e.g., CAN, ISO9141-2)
- Experience with basic hardware design (e.g., soldering, circuit debugging)
- Programming experience in C/C++ or Python for embedded systems
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
