Business Context
The future of mobility being fuelled by key technology-driven disruptive trends of connected electric vehicles. The fastest-growing transport mode in low and middle-income countries are two and three-wheelers. In the electrification of two and three-wheelers, Low voltage motor drive manufacturing is a critical area to be addressed for every auto-electronics manufacturer. One of the key factors of C Electric success will be high volume production of low voltage motor drive without compromising on quality. This is only possible by creating a reliable test process with limited cycle time and minimum cost.
Apprenticeship Overview
The selected apprentice will be posted at the Materials and Production Department located at Mysore.
At Stores, the apprentice will be associating the store team in planning, issuing, and controlling the production schedules; sourcing and communicating with the vendors; perform other stock related activities like packing, returning, pricing, labelling, maintaining stock levels, ensuring safe keep of materials etc.
In Production, he/she will be assisting the production team in various activities like determining the types and methods of tests to derive best results, documentation of the executed results, functional and end line tests for the low voltage motor drives in production etc.
As this is a greatly developing cutting edge industry, the opportunities to learn and acquire new knowledge will be more. The exposure to the real industry challenges and situations will be the real benefit during this period.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalen
