Role Description
The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service activities, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support Skills:
- Proficiency in performing field service activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Customer Service:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team:

Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
- Higher qualifications and experience are not entertained.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel to other locations as required.
Salary
- The salary range is 18K-25K, depending on experience and qualifications.
