WE ARE SEEKING…
* Candidates with 6 months to a max of 1 year of experience in a role where they have handled inbound and outbound calling with customers
- Coordinated with customers and internal teams to get tasks done
- Have experience in replying to emails or chat or both in English
- Have GOOD command over Spoken and Written English
- Have infrastructure to work from home OR work from our HQ at Okhla, New Delhi
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel will be a BONUS
- Experience in data entry and management will be a BONUS
OUR OFFER…
- We have a package of Rs 2.4L to Rs 3L for this role (all inclusive)
- It’s a Work from Home OR work from our HQ (Okhla, New Delhi)
