Qualifications and Experience Details
We are looking for:
- A suitable candidate will be expected to work from India (during US timings) and support the Inside sales for US Geo.
- A seasoned lead generation person who has good experience in generating leads for the US market in the semiconductor & embedded industry.
- The work location will be Cientra Bangalore (Whitefield) office. However, it could be a Hybrid model. But the candidate needs to be working from Bangalore for US Geos.
- Experience level – 5 + Years.
Below are the KPIs for these positions:
Lead Generation: Responsible for Demand Generation/ Inside sales through various channels including targeted Email Campaigns, Cold Calling, Inbound Marketing, and Global Event participation.
Account-Based Marketing: Supporting Account Managers in mining the Key accounts for bigger wallet share, more inroads, and better visibility by adopting multi-touch activities like regular but customized campaigns, account-specific events, hosted activities, and webinars. Publishing of Annual/Quarterly campaign calendar comprising target accounts, Offering Pitch, Calling Script, and Database for the campaign aligned with Cientra’s Business Units. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review calls with BU heads and Sales heads and diligently following up with them to track the progress on each lead to bring them to logical next steps. Documentation and updating of the results of each meeting in CRM, also updating the contact database regularly.
