- Testing: Ensure timely completion of customer facility testing. Prepare testing documents promptly for invoice processing.
- PLC/Drive Support: Provide support for PLC troubleshooting, and VFD programming. Must have knowledge of VFD Repairing.
- Timely Completion: Ensure timely completion of testing and document preparation.
- Principal Coordination: Coordinate with principal companies for FOC materials and replacements.
- Report Management: Systematically collect and file service reports for reference and audit.
- Faulty Product Assessment: Conduct thorough checks on faulty products and arrange for warranty repair/replacement.
- Preparation and Presentation: Prepare reports with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Technical Support: Provide learning opportunities for PLC troubleshooting and VFD programming.
- Educational Requirement: Diploma/Degree – Electrical/Electronics.
- Experience: 1-3 years in the relevant field, with knowledge of VFD Repairing.
