As a member of a young growing Analog / Mixed Signal IP Development team, the engineer will be responsible for end-to-end design, characterization and testing of the IP blocks for the Automotive/ Power Control application domain. The work responsibilities broadly involve

Requirements
- Understand and Derive/ Interpret project requirements/ specifications for block level and complete chip level signal chain
- PDK/ Library installations and sanity checks
- Feasibility analysis and transistor level circuit design/ circuit simulation/ characterization – including mismatch, Monte Carlo and PVT analysis
- Circuit development in 180nm, 130nm, 65nm and other leading technology nodes
- Block level layout, DRC, LVS Extraction, Top level chip integration for test chip/ prototype for silicon tape out
- Test Board design for post silicon testing/ characterization
- Participation in Customer Project Reviews
- Project planning and execution, EDA tool usage plan, follow the project plan and schedule
Mentor/ guide junior members of the team - Design/ Characterization documentations/ version management
- Customer support for IP integration/ customization
- Educational Qualifications Bachelor/ Master Degree/ Ph. D in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
- Experience 2 – 6 years
- Preference Specialization in Analog/ Mixed Signal IC Design/ Microelectronics/ VLSI and Embedded Systems
