The main purpose of the position is to provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow’s position within each customer and supplier.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure product shipment inform, return to sales, and payment
- Process internal system, acquaint with ERP and ORACLE system will be preferred
- Maintain related reports which supplier
- Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in required
- Fluent in English written
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP SD module preferred)
- Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment
- Data-sensitive and well-developed administrative skills
- Customer-oriented and good teamwork
