- This is the central position with CS PA CI for supporting Industrial Network related service escalation
- Support repair of the ethernet switches. Mainly to support repair center & co-ordination with Siemens HQ for product as well repair topics.
- To provide service support to customers at a short notice and ensure customer delight.
Generation of service business for networking products like Ethernet switches, wireless related products
Education & Experience
- BE/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or networking specialist or similar qualification
- 3 years to 9 years experience in Industrial networking, Industrial Automation products
- Good Knowledge on Ethernet, LAN, Wireless networking is essential.
- Good communication skills & service attitude is important.
