This is an entry level opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the power systems industry. This position is responsible to create electrical schematics in CAD for a $1B business
Responsibilities
- Develop electrical schematics for Schneider’s energy management offer in North America
- Use Electrical CAD (SEE Electrical Expert) to compile the customer project documentation for MV and LV products
- Ensure compliance with ANSI/NEMA standards, codes and customer requirements
- Coordinate with project management team to assure projects are completed satisfactorily and on time
- Study technical drawings and specifications of electrical components to ensure that installation and operations conform to designs
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or Instrumentation disciplines
- 1-2 Years of experience in Electrical design
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Advertisement -
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology plus a Masters in S.T.E.M disciplines
- 1+ Years of experience in Electrical design
- SEE Electrical or equivalent tool experience
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with offshore teams
