Puducherry Electricity Department has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Junior Engineer. There are 42 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply on or before 04 January 2021. The educational qualification of the candidates must be B.E/B.Tech/Diploma. The pay scale for the candidates will be Rs.33,000/month.
Educational Qualification
A Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical di Electronics Engineering of a recognized University or A.M.I.E. (Electrical) Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical arid Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution/ technical board with 3 years of experience after acquiring Diploma in the field of operation and maintenance of power system transmission and distribution from a reputed industry/utility.
Experience: 3 Years Experience in the field of Operation and Maintenance of Power System Transmission and Distribution.
 Age Limit(as on 04-01-2021)
For General – 18 to 30 years
Upper age is relaxable by:
- For OBC – up to 3 years
- For SC/ST – up to 5 years
- For PWD – up to 10 years
