Product documentation helps our customers, partners, and employees better understand how to configure and use our products to solve their business needs. As a Technical Writer on the product documentation team at Tektronix, you’ll have the opportunity to apply both your writing and your leadership skills, as well as help us define and continually refine our processes.
Job requirement/Skills
- Looking for an experienced technical writer who can contribute writing User Manuals, Data Sheets, Programmer Manuals, Security Manuals etc.
- Writer must also be familiar with the graphical tools like Illustrator, PhotoShop, Snagit etc.
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies.
- Should be able to communicate with various Hardware/Software development teams to understand the contents and collect data.
- Education: BSc/MSc/Diploma/BTech in electronics.
Must Have
- Excellent command over English language.
- Experience in Technical Documents writing. (Ex. User Manual, Data Sheets, Programmer’s manual etc.)
Good to Have
- · Preferred experience with Tools like Trisoft, Oxyzen, Astoria.
- · Good to have experience with creating technical drawings.
Qualifications
- 3 – 6 years of experience in Technical Document Writing.
- Education: BSc/MSc/Diploma/BTech in electronics.
