With this idea in mind, we established process automation innovation cell. Since it is inception, we have invented several solutions (globally patented) to solve grass root process challenges of pharma and chemical industries. And many more are in pipeline.

Takes input from various segments about the new marker requirements

Qualification
- Candidate should be B.E / BTech or M.E. / M. Tech in (Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics/ Electrical)
- 5 – 9 years’ relevant experience.
- Should be creative in approach to develop, write, simulate, test and re-develop a technology software required for Innovation Cell. He should have experience in design thinking, development of DCS /PLC software, Mathcad and poses ability to develop math-based models and solutions.
- Knowledge about PLM process should be an added advantage.
- Should understand manufacturing process of end user in related domain verticals and capture key inputs from Siemens team as well as from customer.
- For the purpose, should be ready to travel at site, see the process. Should be able to communicate to customer, discuss and get desired inputs.
- Should have creative approach to develop hardware engineering concepts and software in PLC as well DCS for innovation cell.
- Candidate should be trustworthy, poses integrity. He should be able to work as an individual contributor as well as a good team player and looking for long term career in Siemens, Innovation Cell.
- Should have potential to understand customer process challenges and work out innovative solutions improving values for customer.
- Excited to engage with customer to take on and solve customer’s chronic challenges to create path breaking solutions
