Are you a sales professional with experience of B2B sales in the electronics industry?

If yes, do you seek a role that has no revenue targets so that you don’t push wrong products to your customers BUT become their “trusted advisors”?

Do you want to do a role which enables you to grow to become our firm’s Chief Revenue Offer or even the CEO, but without compromising on your ethics or values?

We are seeking B2B corporate sales (or inside sales) professions who have industry background to speak the client’s language, understand their products/services and their target audience, and the challenges they face in growing their business. Armed with this knowledge, they should be able to advice possible solutions from our range of marketing services IF (AND ONLY IF) our solutions are right for their customers.

Ideal Profile of Candidate

  • Must have excellent communication skills: spoken and written English
  • Must have good understanding of the electronics eco-system
  • Must love “Sales” and interacting and influencing customers
  • Must have a minimum work experience of 1 year and not more than 5 years in B2B corporate sales or inside sales (not channel sales)
  • BONUS (if many clients in your city): Open to travelling to meet customers in and around the city

Behavioural Traits

  • You want to get better and better at sales, and strive to become the Chief Revenue Officer OR the CEO of your firm
  • You want to keep learning and expanding knowledge and expertise in the field of sales
  • You love to meet customers, get to know their business, their customers and their challenges, and then suggest possible solutions
  • You have the confidence to reach out to the top-shots and build relations with them, while maintaining a connect with the teams below them too
  • You love the idea of being a “trusted advisor” for your clients where (1) you get them to share their business goals and challenges, and (2) you hint to them possible solutions for them to review

Work From Home or Office

We are flexible about this. Ideally, we would like you to work from a co-working space nearest to your residence so that you have a proper work environment to work but your “commute time to work” is less than 15 mins. But, for highly deserving candidates we can look at the possibility of your working from home.
