This role will be NOC engineer and responsible for
- 24×7 Rota
- respond to customer support requests within contracted support times of 8×5 or 24×7
- Case Logging
- Initial triage, data capture & troubleshooting
- Proactive customer system health check
Key Measures
- Customer satisfaction (internal and external)
- Attain customer service contracts, SLAs
- Attain TL9000 and BMS metrics
- Organizational and process effectiveness
Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Good Verbal & Written English
- 2+ years’ experience in an IT/telecoms based fast moving technical support service function
- 2+ years’ knowledge & experience of IT technologies including On-demand & self-service technologies including Broad network access, Resource pooling, Dynamic virtualization &
- Rapid elasticity in a measured service / real time client environment
- Technical Bachelor’s degree (Engg. / IT)
- Scripting Skills: Scripting (Powershell, Shell, Perl, Python, SQL)
- Ansible, SSH
- Experience with SQL (NoSQL experience is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Experience of telecom environment
- Linux/Unix administrator, MS Windows administrator
- Apache HADOOP/HBASE/STORM
- Networking: TCP/IP, switching, routing
- Experience of cluster computing system environment
- Experience of Oracle database
- Zabbix, Kibana, Grafana
