We are seeking a Junior Software Controls Engineer who is proficient in working with virtualized environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Rockwell Automation PLCs, specifically RS Logix and Control Logix programming, as well as Rockwell Automation HMI and FactoryTalk. Additionally, experience with Ignition or other SCADA systems, networking, and server management is essential. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills in a deadline-driven environment, basic computer literacy, and the ability to interface professionally with all departments. The candidate must be adaptable to change, capable of making decisions, and taking responsibility. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial for collaborating with colleagues, customers, vendors, and in-house departments to achieve successful common goals.
