Role & Responsibilities

Since our own Digital Marketing team is busy driving digital marketing campaigns for our clients, we often find ourselves ignoring to market our own products and services to our prospects and customers!

We now plan to start with a 1-2 person team, who’re expected to accelerate growth of our products & services and thereby motivate us to invest in growing the team under her/him.

Plus, be able to review and monitor campaigns being executed by our Digital Marketing team and create reports and dashboard for weekly reviews.

In the long run, this role provides opportunity to grow into the Chief Marketing Officer or our company, and even the CEO–if you are able to grow yourself into leading and managing a sales team too.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with only 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, but posessing good skill sets and behavioural traits.

if you have work experience or educational background related to B2B electronics industry, that would be a bonus.

Skill Sets Required

  • Proficency in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and presentations to promote IT services and consulting solutions.
  • Ability to execute a marketing strategy by crafting copy, planning good designs and creatives with help of colleagues and executing them across different platforms
  • Strong understanding of copy writing principles and ability to create error-free compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to do FAB analysis (features –> advantages –> benefits –> benefits) analysis for any product or service including highly technical products and services such as whitepapers, events and webinars
  • Proficiency in using at-least one digital advertising platform efficiently and effectively i.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Insta or Youtube. (Ideally Google ad words platform).
  • Experience in handling B2B marketing and B2C campaigns too
  • Ability to understand technical/engineering concepts related to electronics and IT industry
  • Experience in executing, analysing and understanding reports of various platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, GetResponse, etc.
  • Create engaging copy for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
  • BONUS: Manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic to our website and generate leads.
  • BONUS: Ability to design visually appealing graphics using Canva or similar tools for digital marketing assets.
