Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Master Robotics Trainer. The primary responsibility of the Master Robotics Trainer is to become thoroughly trained and proficient in all aspects of our company’s products, curriculum, and content. This individual will conduct training sessions for our partners, who are responsible for delivering robotics education in various settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Product and Curriculum Mastery:
- Thoroughly understand the features, functionalities, and applications of all company products.
- Familiarise oneself with the curriculum and content associated with each product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in robotics education.
- Partner Training Sessions:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for partners, both online and offline.
- Customise training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of partners.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners as they implement our products in their educational environments.
- Create an engaging learner experience in each training class with various training strategies.
- Client Engagement:
- Interact with potential clients and partners, showcasing a charismatic and charming behaviour.
- Address inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and guidance as needed.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for partners during their visits to our facilities.
- Problem Solving:
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, effectively addressing challenges that may arise during partner training sessions or interactions.
- Provide innovative solutions and recommendations to enhance the partner training experience and improve product effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
- A strong stage presence and ability to engage and manage a setting of adult learners.
- Charismatic personality with the ability to build friendly and positive relationships with partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for creative solutions.
- Adaptability to tailor training sessions to different partner needs.
- Experience in sales or client interactions is a bonus.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to work with our products. Technical skills are a big plus.
