Location: Tech Center , Bangalore ( earlier Delphi Technologies)
B.E/B. Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Communication/Electrical/Instrumentation
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Major Job Responsibilities
- Develop software for use in power electronics production projects including inverter and converter electronic controllers, focusing on reusability across projects whenever possible
- Design/code/test software following Automotive SPICE-compliant development process
- Working with multisite teams using AGILE methodology
- Interface with Systems engineering to ensure software requirements are understood and documented appropriately & analyzed prior to software design and implementation
- Support the development/maintenance of and adhere to the project family common software architecture
- Ensure documented traceability from requirements through test cases
- Work across time zones with other software engineers
Major Job Qualifications Experience
- Must have understanding of AUTOSAR configuration tools and methodology with Hands-on experience of minimum 2 years in AUTOSAR MCAL and BSW software development and configuration through various tools from Vector such as DaVinci, EB Tresos etc.
- Must have understanding of Functional Safety concepts including principles of ISO 26262
- Knowledge of 32bit Infineon TC 3xx microcontroller is preferable
- Exemplary expertise in Embedded SW development using C language
- Strong Hands-on experience in functional safety monitoring software layer development
- Expertise in cross compilers and debuggers like Lauterbach
- Good experience in setting up SW build environment to generate various target based product files – make, link
- Motor control software design experience with Power electronics background
- Good development experience in serial communication protocols – CAN/CANFD, FlexRay, LIN, SENT, Ethernet
- Good expertise in configuration & Change management tools such as Plastic SCM, JIRA, Polarion, Design tools such as MATLAB/EA
- Familiarity with Serial Comm testing tool such as CANalyzer/NeoVI Fire/CANOe/FlexRay
- Exposure to Agile methodology/CMM/SPICE/ISO/TS 16949
