Job Description
- Timely processing of production anomalies, continuous improvement of functional failures, Identify, analyze and control the safety and reliability problems of the production line.

- According to the production feedback, the abnormal problem is analyzed and controlled in time to ensure that the abnormality is processed in time.
- According to the preliminary analysis of the NG device and the test NG device the temporary control measures of the production line are given in time and the cause analysis and followup measures are carried out to ensure timely and effective control of the production line.
- According to the new model introduction & material trial checklist priority use list, project guidance and other document requirements timely processing to ensure that the daily work results are good.
- Understand the process and decision making ideas of electronic abnormal problems during the process, and have good directivity and sensitivity to hidden problems.
Key Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, electronic related major, 2 years or above of electronic related work experience, with certain functional circuit / process failure analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in the use of comprehensive tester / network analyzer / oscilloscope / program-controlled power supply lamp analysis equipment, and skilled use of circuit design analysis software such as Allegro / PADS / Xpedition
- Know digital circuit / analog circuit / communication principle and other related knowledge, can analyze the abnormal failure point through circuit schematic analysis
