Detailed Job Description

1. Expert in technical and problem solving & L4 Level Defect analysis on high level of PCBA circuit line and BGA replacement at glued and non glued ICs.
2. Expert in excel and documentation with good communication skills
3. Achieve the rejection finish rate target and control the rejection producing during production.
4. To find the best analysis way to solve circuit issue and work to reduce the scrap rate.
5. Train the repair staff (phone repairer and PCBA repairer).
6. Prepare monthly work summary and team performance.
7. Team lead of more than 100 members.

Key Skills Required

• Good soldering/de-soldering skills.
• Knowledge of Basic electronic circuits
• Good understanding of telephony PCBA circuit diagram
• Good in Data analysis and representation.
• Familiar with operating all electronic instruments.
• Good in PCBA troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of maintenance software usage.

Experience: 2-4 Years (Mobile Manufacturing field will be preferred)
