Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Engineer located in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of solar energy products and systems. The role involves regular communication with clients and providing technical assistance and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in the solar energy industry is preferred
- Troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Field service and maintenance & repair skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Electrical engineering background is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for on-site support and service
- Should have a vehicle of his own.
