Job Description
As a Senior Embedded Power Electronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of advanced embedded power electronics products. Your responsibilities will include:
Design and Development of Power Electronics Circuits:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of power electronics circuits for a range of applications including EV Chargers, Inverters, and Motor Controllers.
- Conduct simulations, perform detailed analysis, and ensure that designs meet all technical requirements and standards.
Embedded Software Development:
- Develop and refine embedded software in C for controlling and optimizing power electronics systems.
- Implement complex algorithms and ensure the integration of hardware and software components.
Research & Innovation:
- Lead research initiatives aimed at improving the performance, efficiency, and reliability of power electronics products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our R&D processes.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.
- Manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost objectives are met.
