Description
- Experienced in Handling Lighting Products, Traditional Technology, Self-Ballasted LED Lamp, Drivers (CC & CV) & Luminaires.
- Knowledge of respective products Indian Standard.
- Responsible for Validation of products as per test plan & technical release of the products.
- Responsible for Value Engineering (VE) products.
- Responsible for Benchmarking of other brand samples with our products.
- Responsible for making Test Plan and adherence of the plan.
- Maintaining technical documents -Product Specifications, Bill of Material, for all NPD/VE Projects maintaining commercial release.
- Responsible for field failure analysis for the market failure with the customer quality Team.
- To Run and maintaining Quality Laboratory including Photometry/Life Test.

- Who are self-driven and have passion to win.
- Having proven track record in successfully working in R&D
- 7-8 years of experience in lighting products.
- Quick learner with excellent rapport building ability and communication skills.
- Willing to travel as per job requirement, if required.
- Candidate must have experience in Lighting Industry.
- Knowledge of lab setup/equipment’s.
